I went into a thrift store a recently looking for a hardback book to start a new project. Instead I found an old 60's book full of cute and cuddly animal patterns.
My sister's children absolutely love animals,so I decided to make the elephant for my nephew's 3rd birthday. I did end up making a few changes and adding buttons, but I think it turned out well.
I finally checked Facebook for the first time in months (I've been out to lunch metaphorically all year)and I saw your link. He's totally cute. He looks lost. I want to pick him up, tuck him under my arm and carry him away.
